“When I would go to my appointments, even just asking [questions]. There’s a lot of new moms who don’t know what to ask. So, it’s just being informed, knowing and being able to properly communicate that to your providers or anybody else that’s going to be in that support circle with you is super super important because there are a lot of people who will just go based off of their mommas, their aunties or whatever happened with their grandmother and it’s not as accurate as it may seem.
